Yes. The after-hours line rings a plumber, not a voicemail. If it is a genuine emergency such as a burst pipe or no water, we will either talk you through shutting it off and book first light, or come out that night depending on severity.

Will I know the price before work starts? #

Always. We diagnose first, show you the cause, and give a fixed quote for the fix before we pick up a tool. You approve it, then we work. No surprise totals.

My drain keeps blocking. Is jetting enough? #

Sometimes. If a drain blocks repeatedly we run a camera to see whether it is roots, a collapse or a fall problem. Clearing it is cheap; we would rather show you the real cause than keep charging to clear the same pipe.
